Sinopsis:
Pada hari terakhir musim semi, sebuah ledakan telah menghancurkan kota dan tiba-tiba seorang gadis muncul di hadapan Itsuka Shidou (seorang anak SMA biasa).. Kotori, adik ipar Shidou, mengatakan kepada Shidou bahwa gadis tersebut disebut "Special Disasterous Designated Creature: Spirit" yang telah menyebabkan gempa di ruang waktu. Kotori mengungkapkan bahwa gadis itu adalah Komandan dari organisasi Ratatosk (organisasi anti spirit) dan meminta dia untuk berkencan dengan gadis tersebut. Kotori juga mengatakan "Aku tidak meminta kamu untuk mengalahkannya, tetapi biarkanlah dia jatuh cinta kepadamu dan selamatkan dunia..."
